Hôm nay tạo account ở Betfair, lúc deposit thì quên điền bonus code. Sau đó 1 hồi chợt nhớ ra thế là live chat với tụi supporter để update. Mọi chuyện ổn thỏa cho đến khi nhận được cái email này:

Notes for sending:

- Do not send original documents.
- The documents must be clear and legible and have all your usernames or telephone account numbers on all documents.
- Please send scans in JPEG or GIF format only, maximum size of 10MB per e-mail.
- For your personal security and the integrity of your bank cards, please blank out all but the last four digits of your card number. Please leave the start and expiry date visible.
- Please send documents that state your residential address. Regrettably, documents addressed to a P.O. Box number are not acceptable for validation.

Trước giờ chưa gặp site nào bắt verify phức tạp như thế, nhất là ở mục thứ 3. Sao verify được đây:

Tất cả acc o BF đều phải verify trước khi sử dụng bạn ah, mà thế này là cũng dễ rồi đấy bạn ah, có nhiều trang còn phức tạp hơn nữa kìa.
Riêng mục số 3 bạn chỉ cần scan 2 mặt của bất kỳ thẻ nào của bạn cũng được (thẻ này có thể sử dụng mà cũng có thể không cũng k sao)

Cám ơn các bác đã trả lời, đến lúc này mình mới rảnh rổi để vào đây hồi âm được.
To Singum: hôm bữa xớn xác đọc vội quá nên cứ tưởng phải gửi giấy tờ cho nó ở mỗi mục qua câu này "we ask that you send us a photocopy or scan of one document from each of the three categories listed below". Mà theo như câu trên thì mình chỉ cần gửi 1 loại giấy tờ là được rồi, hay là phải gửi mỗi mục 1 loại giấy tờ vậy nhỉ.
To jupiter: oh chỉ đơn giản thế thôi à, mình scan cái thẻ ATM của BIDV hay VCB đều được cả à.

Mục số (1) và (2) bắt buộc phải gửi, trong đó (1) có thể là giấy CMTND hoặc passport hoặc bằng lái xe, (2) có thể là hóa đơn gì đó (ví dụ điện, nước, internet...) hoặc bản sao kê ngân hàng trên đó có in tên + địa chỉ giống với đăng ký. Còn mục số (3) chỉ áp dụng với khách hàng nạp tiền bằng thẻ credit/debit thôi, khi đó chỉ cần hình ảnh mặt trước tấm thẻ là đủ, khách hàng nạp tiền qua các hình thức khác như MB, neteller... thì bỏ qua mục này.

Nói tóm lại thì mặc dù ng ta ghi dài dòng như vậy nhưng cuối cùng cũng chỉ là kêu bạn gửi CMTND và bill/sao kê bank.. thôi. Hoàn toàn như thủ tục verify thông thường ở mọi site khác, ko có gì khó khăn, phức tạp cả/

Đúng như bác Zkizzz nói, bắt buộc phải gởi mục (1) và (2); cũng may mình vừa có cái bill internet đứng tên mình gần đây ko thỉ cũng hơi mệt.
